Photos of potholes, cracks, standing water, damaged edges, or worn markings help explain the concern. Include a wider view of the area as well as close-up images. If you know the approximate dimensions or have a site plan, mention those details. Measurements and surface conditions still need to be confirmed when defining the scope.
For commercial sites and HOAs, tell us about delivery hours, resident access, customer parking, and entrances that must stay open. Share any target dates, property-management requirements, or existing plans. These details help us discuss how work might be phased around the people using the site.

Note whether you need a budget for future planning or a proposal for work you are ready to schedule. If you have drawings or a written specification, mention them in your request. Identify who can provide site access and who will review the proposal, especially when a property manager, board, or purchasing team is involved. This context helps clarify the assessment and approval steps before a construction date is discussed.
